An intensive three days!
I believe that we are all still digesting the work of the April Seminar even though we are at the end of the of the first week of May! We examined several aspects of development that we often don’t have the opportunity to look at closely, including:
- adult development
- educator development
- stages of parenthood
- organizing elements to support change
We even discussed what the ancient Rabbis thought about what to expect at different ages! Other foundational learning centered on the effects of culture on infant attachment and attunement, seeing the leadership potential in every staff member, and looking at the intersection of the Jewish holidays with the social-emotional phases of the school year. Yes, this was a very intense seminar. In July the focus, and the pace, will be different. Check in with us as we continue to build on our learning!
